The Engineering and racing team FDR Moscow took the second place at the "MaxPowerCars" in the time-attack discipline, the "Unlim" class. The team participated in competitions with the racing prototype "Fenix", and the driver of the car was Alexey Karachev, who is a professional racing driver, winner of many racing competitions, two-time winner of the Russian Formula 1 Grand Prix support race.
The guys started active training already at the trial races and showed a good result during the training held in the Open Pit-lane format. The best lap time in scoring attempts of the race with the class was 2:17.965.
The competition was held on the Sochi Autodrom track, which has the most modern infrastructure. 44 cars took part in the stage, 11 competed in the “Unlim” class.
