The ‘Promotion of IT-projects overseas: business-analysis and taxes’ case-tournament took place at Financial University on 7 April followed by the awarding ceremony on 13 April.
Moscow Poly students formed the select teams that presented tasks for the contest.
The winner teams of the contest are as follows:
1st place – 'Kitay', 'Braziliya' teams ('China' and 'Brazil');
2nd place – 'OAE', 'India' teams ('UAE' and 'India');
3rd place – ‘YuAR’ team ('RSA').
One of the projects, that Moscow Poly team works on is the econometric models in oncology. The subject of the research is the mammary glands malignant tumor diagnostics. The object of the research is fine-needle aspiration biopsy in digitalized data. The work is to identify what has the most impact on the disease occurrence and, on the contrary, what factors have no influence at all, and thus can be counted out.
Social significance of the study is determined by the fact that cancer, identified at the early state, is one the priority field areas within the program of combating oncological diseases.
