Card distribution for first-year undergraduate, specialist, master's, and postgraduate students enrolled in full-time state-funded programs will take place from September 22 to 26, 2025.
Distribution Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Please bring your passport to receive your card.
Representatives from Sberbank, VTB Bank, and Alfa-Bank will be available on-site.
