Acceleration Program «Moscow Poly - Ryazan» to Be Launched for Students-Entrepreneurs
The «Moscow Poly - Ryazan» acceleration program will be launched on May 25. The program includes project teams and student initiatives aimed at forming innovative products.
The acceleration program is held in the framework of the «Platform for University Technological Entrepreneurship» project under the “Scientific-Technological Development of the Russian Federation” government program and focuses on supporting student entrepreneurship at the University.
According to the head of Center for Technology Transfer under Moscow Poly Alexander Kornznikov, the participants of the program will acquire additional knowledge and develop their intrepreneurship skills. Also, they`ll be able to try themselves in implementation of innovation projects, for example, launch their own start up or join a team that`s working on a project that`s already being implemented.
There are several stages of the acceleration program. At the first stage, the participants are getting acquainted with the program, providing a primary assessment of the ideas and projects provided and identify their own individual tasks “for the summer”.
At the second stage – in September – October – in the course of education the students will be able to add up to knowledge they acquired at the University and classify it with an account for its use when launching start ups, learn more about methods of product making (Lean StartUp, Agile and Customer Development and etc.)
And final stage – the project acceleration itself, consultations with specialists, forming a project passport as a plan for further start up development.
The best projects will be presented at a Demo Say where all industrial partners, development institutions, experts and businessmen will be invited. For the project teams, presenting their projects is a chance to get an independent assessment and expert support.
