A student of Moscow Polytech entered the top 1% of the best photographers of the award 35 AWARDS
Andrey Mishin, a fourth-year student at Moscow Polytechnic University and photographer for the FDR Moscow engineering and racing team, created a series of impressive images of Russia's first hybrid racing sports prototype, the FDR12, designed and built at the Advanced Engineering School of Technological Leadership “FDR”. Andrey's images were recognized by the prestigious international photography award 35AWARDS. The student was among the top 1% of photographers in the awards, known for its strict selection process.
The 35AWARDS photography award was founded in 2015. It attracts over 100,000 participants annually from over 150 countries. To ensure maximum independence and objectivity in judging, 35 jurors from across the globe are invited each year. The competition selects the "100 Best Photographs of the Year" and "100 Best Photographers of the Year," whose work is published in an annual photo book.
Andrey is studying at Moscow Polytech in the “Information Technologies in Media Industry and Design” program. He says that he has been passionate about photography for a long time.
“Currently, I am attracted by such development trends in the craft as reportage shooting and advertising photography, in particular, in such a specific and complicated area as automotive photography. The work with engineering-racing team “FDR Moscow” seemed to me an interesting challenge, an opportunity of making a high-quality photographic product; especially since the team need it. The participation in 35 AWARDS Photo Award reaching the top 1% of photographers in a professional genre competition is an indicator of my personal professional capabilities and a good result,” says Andrey.
