Our weightlifters won 8 golden medals at the international competition in Saint-Petersburg!
The international powerlifting competition “memorial to and remembrance of Konstantin Konstantinov” took place in Saint-Petersburg from 7 to 8 November. The athletes competed in bench press, two-attempt format, bicep curls, armlifting and streetlifting under the auspices of WRPF/WEPF/WAF/WSF
Moscow Poly weightlifters took part in the competition and won many medals.
Powerlifting:
• Irina Alexandrova – golden medal;
• Ksenia Guseva – silver medal;
• Daria Semukina – golden medal (fulfilled master of sports standard of the Russian Federation);
• Nikita Saveliev – golden medal;
• Yana Zenkova – golden medal (fulfilled master of sports standard of the Russian Federation).

• Elise Gnabro – golden medal (fulfilled master of sports standard of the Russian Federation);
• Alexandr Lusenko – goden medal.
• Seregei V. Rumyantsev, the coach of the student sport club and physical educator of the Moscow Poly “Physical health” department – golden medal;
• Svetlana Rumyantseva, physical educator of the Moscow Poly “Physical health” department – golden medal;
• Sergei S. Rumyantsev, the coach of the student sport club and physical educator of the Moscow Poly “Physical health” department – the fourth place.
