“Autonet 2023: New Reality – Technological Sovereignty” Expert Session to Be Held at Moscow Poly


On March 30, Moscow Poly is going to discuss the key challenges that the national car industry faces with, as well as its development trajectory in the short term. Specialists in the field, representatives of industry-specific state agencies and organizations, as well as members of industry organizations are invited to take part in the discussion.

The event will take place on March 30, 2023 at 11:00 on Bolshaya Semyonovskaya st., 38, “Б-304” office.

For those who will not be able to attend personally, there will be a broadcast held.

At the discussion, the following speakers are expected to deliver their speeches: the deputy director of the department for state policy in the sphere of road facilities under the Ministry of Transportation of the Russian Federation Anton Kozlov, leading specialist at the division of technical regulation under the department of car manufacturing industry and railroad manufacturing under the Ministry of Industry and Trade Alexander Shevtsov and the head of the division for NTI development tasks implementation under the department for developing technological entrepreneurship and technology transfer under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, member of the group for enhancing the legislation and elimination of the administrative barriers for purposes of NTI roadmaps implementation in under Autonet Anastasia Saprykina.

The event will be hosted by the specialist at the “NTI Autonet” research center uner Mosocow Poly, doctor of technical sciences, professor at “Automobiles” department under Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI) Sergei Shadrin.

The speakers and participants of the session will talk on what technological sovereignty is and what impact the draft project “On Establishing the Priority Fields for the Technological Sovereignty and Projects of Structural Adaptation of the Russian Economy” will make on NTI markets and industry-specific development strategies.

Among other topics – what benchmarks should business, universities and scientific organizations take on from the viewpoint of Autonet market development, transportation and car manufacturing industry in the nearest future.

The experts will talk in detail about the peculiarities of the technological sovereignty in application to the double-purpose products and ponder upon if the support from Autonet in Russian is myth or reality.

For reference: the Ministry of Economic Development has drafted a project under the governmental provision that sets approaches to determining the technological sovereignty projects and structural economic adaptation with the taxonomy mechanism. Among other industries, car manufacturing is referred to the leading areas of the technological sovereignty.
