Moscow Polytech to Launch Project by Vladimir Tsepilov “Eau-Forte, Dry Needle”
In the period between 5 and 19 April, the exhibition hall of the museum of printing history, book publishing and Ivan Fyodorov Moscow State University of Printing is going to hold an exhibition by Vladimir Tsepilov called “Eau-Forte, Dry Needle”.
The basis of the exhibition is formed by easel works based on paintings and made with “eau-forte” and “dry needle” techniques on plastic. Among them are portraits, landscapes and poetic exercices.
Vladimir Tsepilov is a graphic artist, painter, assistant professor of the department of “Academic Drawing and Painting” under the V.A. Favorsky Institute of Graphics and Book Art. In 1992, Vladimir graduated from Moscow Institute of Printing Arts in graphic design. Member of Moscow Union of Artists and Creative Union of Russian Artists. He`s one of the organizers of a creative union “Insight” comprised of graduates of Institute of Printing Arts of various years.
Vladimir Tsepilov is currently working as a painter and easel graphic. He has awarded diplomas of Moscow Union of Artists been multiple times for his works made with engraving techniques, and and Creative Union of Russian Artists diplomas for his paintings.
