Moscow Poly Students to Participate in “Grandsons of Victory. Leningrad” International Meeting

As per the order of the president of the Russian Federation, the “VOLUNTEERS OF VICTORY” social movement organized the international meeting of descendants of the victory gainers – “Grandsons of Victory. Leningrad” was organized in the framework of the 80th anniversary of total liberation of Leningrad from Nazi siege.

Any Russian citizen, as well as compatriots living abroad, who are under 18 can participate in the contest.

To participate, one has to:

• Register
• Apply in the “Events/ Мероприятия”
• Complete an assignment (share a story of an ancestor that participated in the events of siege of Leningrad in the social networks, or answer the question – How do I study and preserve the history of my family?)

Applications can be submitted until October 31. The results will be announced on December 5.

The winners of the contest selection will participate in the key memorable events devoted to a total liberation of the heroic city of Leningrad from the siege. The participants will gather in St.Peterburg and Leningrad region and visit memorable spots.
