Миклушевский Владимир Владимирович

Born on September 15, 1967 in the city of Sverdlovsk.

In the year 1990 - graduated with excellence from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (MISIS) on the specialty “Metallurgy Engineer”.

Within the period of 1990-1993 undergone Postgraduate studies at MISIS. Thereafter,  worked as a teacher at the “Department of Rare Materials and Powder Metallurgy” of the above university.

In the year 1998 was appointed Head of the “Planning and Economics Directorate” of MISIS, in the year 2004 was appointed Vice-Rector for Economics and Finance, and in April 2007 became the First Vice-Rector of MISIS.

Starting from September 2007 took the position of the Director of the “Department of Forecasting and Budgeting Process Organization” of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. On September 1, 2008 was appointed Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

On October 8, 2010 Vladimir V. Miklushevskii was appointed President of Far Eastern Federal University.

On February 28, 2012 was appointed Acting Governor of the Primorsky Krai, and since March 16, 2012 till October 4, 2017 Vladimir V. Miklushevskii held the position of the Governor of the Primorsky Krai.

On December 28, 2017 was appointed Acting Rector of Moscow Polytechnic University and was appointed President thereof on April 25, 2018.

Doctor of Engineering Sciences, the author of more than 60 scientific works.

By the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of November 1, 2017, Vladimir V. Miklushevskii was awarded the Order of Friendship.

Igor I. Vatulin

Born on July 20, 1959 in the town Yenakiyevo of the Donetsk region.

In 1981 graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (MISIS) with a degree in specialty “Metallurgy Engineer”.

After finishing the post-graduate course, worked as a Senior Research Fellow at Donetsk State University.

After that, within 12 years, held managerial positions in innovative business structures.

From 2002 to 2005 studied at the doctoral course of MISIS, and after finishing it took the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Metallurgy of Light Metals.

Later worked as Deputy Vice-Rector for Economics and Finance, Deputy First Vice-Rector of MISIS, Chief of the Expert and Analytical Department for Forecasting and Organization of the Budgeting Process at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

In 2007 received professional retraining under the program “Top Manager” at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Since 2010 held the position at Vice-President for Economics and Finance at Far-Eastern Federal University.

Since May 2014 held the position of Head of the Department of State Programs and Internal State Control of the Primorskiy Krai.

From January 2017 to March 2018 held the position of the Chairman of the Control and Accounting Chamber of the Primorskiy Krai.

Since March 2018 worked as Adviser at the Rector’s Office of Moscow Polytechnic University.

On May 14, 2018 was appointed Vice-President for Economics and Finance of Moscow Polytechnic University.

Igor I. Vatulin is the author of more than 85 publications and patents in the field of metallurgy of rare metals and in the field of economics and management of professional education.

Gyuzel Kh. Sharipzyanova

Born on July 08, 1980 in Moscow.

In 2003 graduated from Moscow State Part-time Metallurgical Institute (MGVMI) on specialty “Physical Metallurgy and Heat Treatment of Metals”, in 2009 on specialty “Economics and Management at an Enterprise”.

In 2008 defended her thesis for the scientific degree of Ph.D. (eng).

From 1998 to 2008 worked in positions of Laboratory Assistant, Training Master, Senior Teacher of the Department “Physical Metallurgy and Heat Treatment of Metals”.

From 2009 to 2013 – Associate Professor of the Department “Materials Science” of Moscow State Technical University “MAMI”, the Moscow State University of Mechanical Engineering (MAMI).

In 2013 received a scientific title of Associate Professor.

From March, 2013, to May, 2013 – Acting Deputy Director of the Technology Institute of the Moscow State University of Mechanical Engineering (MAMI).

From May, 2013 to September, 2013 – Acting Rector of the Federal state budgetary educational institution of the higher professional education “Moscow State Evening Metallurgical Institute (MGVMI)”.

Born on October 19, 1974, in Elektrostal (Moscow region).

In 1997 graduated from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in specialty “Applied Mathematics”.

In 1997 passed an internship at Kyushu Institute of Technology (Japan).

From 2002 to 2005 attended the Master course “Technological Management” at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

From 1998 to 2010 worked for commercial companies in the sphere of automation of the production control systems, dispatching, ERP systems at budget-based institutions.

In 2010 worked in a position of Chief of Department for Development of Electronic Services in the Sphere of Education and Science at Department for Development of Information and Communications Technologies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
